I am Aruna Devi and my policy number is U032248930. Sir when I try to registeration then I get a message received me that “This PACL number is already registered. How is possible? All relevant documents are in my hand. I had more time sent to emails to Nodal officer from Sebi, but no reply me for my anyone email. I am very worried that how get my refund back?
Your problem is very genuine in that case many of PACL investors are not able to apply. What We think this could be the reason if someone have already applied on the behalf of you. it could be your agent if he has your documents and secondly if someone mistakenly added the your regimentation number instead of his/her own. Your email will not be answered as I know. Try to reach in some other way by call or try to use diff rent letters in registration number.

I have two policy me and my wife. I have deposited all original documents it’s related to my agent before long time I.e 2016. Now I want also fill online form for refund But He told me that your all documents with receipt has already deposited to PACL head office jaipur. Now I have no any documents of my PACL only bond duplicate coy are available. However I fill online form for refund through my duplicate copy of bond. And my policy paid three year all receipt has loss by me.
