Have you not given your refund claim yet?
Investors who have not yet been able to claim for refunds for any reason. Also, if they have original documents of Pearls, then they should also wait. SEBI may also issue notifications for such investors in the coming time.
Wait for such investors
SEBI has said in its statement that investors with refunds above Rs 5000 and investors with no receipts or nominees or who have few receipts or no documents issued by PACL, have to wait a bit Will happen. SEBI will issue the next notification at the appropriate time for such claims.
Documents issued scrutiny
According to the latest update, the documents submitted by the investors in the refund process are being investigated. Right now, bond certificates of investors with small refunds are being scrutinized. According to the statement of the regulator, other investors of PACL will have to wait till the next notification.
Sir, I have not yet received a coin from Pacl tefund. I tried many times to check Pacl Refund Status check online. But I am unable to check it. Pls. Help me.

I had submitted an application for withdrawing PACL deposit amount. At the time of submitting the refund application my banker was M/s Vijaya Bank. Subsequent that Vijaya Bank merged with Bank of Baroda and now the Bank Account No and IFSC Code No. have been changed. So, please advise how to add the New Banker name and IFSC Code No. in the PACL application.

Please reply me about it.

I had applied in 2014 march,for maturity payment for my deposit of 10000/ cash deposit scheme. Unfortunately at that time server was stopped. Employee said please collect receipt after 2 or 3 days. In between office had closed. And then permanently closed. Certificate was in office but I have no records except a photocopy. I applied for others on line. But could not mentioned that certificate. So what should I do? Please advise me. Not a single penny has been paid to me , which was also less than 10000/.
Why is SEBI holding on to our money at this time of Covid 19 we have no jobs and the costs of living is so high so please get the ball rolling and refund people’s money
Karnataka state people claim states pending the so many pacl refund.still waiting the notification.

Every one getting same msg “your app is could not be processed at this stage ..”when it will be processed when you will get the amount. Some times the website could not be open.Every one is suffering how to get back their money.The govt taking very slow process.
